The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Amityly at amityly.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Amityly.
Please also read the Privacy policy, which explains how we handle information.
The studio
Amityly is a text and image studio. You can chat, generate images, keep a Gallery, and (when signed in) carry library items across devices. Some features need a plan or a working engine — if something is paused, Amityly will say so.
Generated text and images can be wrong, odd, or unsuitable. Review them before you rely on them or publish them. Amityly is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Accounts
You may use parts of Amityly on this device without an account. An account (email and password, or Google) is needed to sign in, sync, and manage a plan.
You must be at least 13. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may refuse, limit, or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
Plans and payment
Start includes a set number of chats and image generations each day with no card. Studio raises those limits when Checkout is live. Amounts on /plans are the live prices.
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period unless the law requires otherwise. Local work on this device remains yours to keep after you cancel. We may change limits, prices, or features; we will not claim capabilities we cannot keep.
Your content
You remain responsible for prompts you enter and for how you use outputs. You must have the right to submit anything you upload. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or sexually exploitative material involving minors.
You may use outputs you generate, subject to these terms and to any third-party rights in a prompt or reference you provided. We do not claim copyright in your prompts. We may store and display content as needed to run the studio and, when you are signed in, to sync your Gallery.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or help others do so;
- bypass limits, entitlements, or security;
- scrape, overload, or automate against Amityly in a way that harms others’ use;
- misrepresent outputs as human-made where that would mislead;
- interfere with other people’s accounts or content.
When we step in
We may rate-limit, suspend, or ban an account for abuse, unpaid invoices, or legal risk. We try to keep the studio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation may fail or return an offline note if a provider is down.
Liability and law
Amityly is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or £50 if you are on Start.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in your home courts if consumer law gives you that right.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Amityly grows. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms, except where the law says we must ask again.
